Job Description


The Senior Operations Analyst supervises human resource (HR) transactional support and coordination, handling duties such as onboarding, status adjustments, terminations, and reporting. They work closely with Corporate HR, Local HR, staff, and leadership to improve processes and boost effectiveness, serving as a key figure in migration projects, recruitment, training, and change management within the HR Shared Services team and among stakeholders.

  • Lead the implementation of Global and Regional HR Strategy and policies, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery within the Business Service Center - Malaysia Human Resources (BSC - Malaysia HR)
  • Drive operational excellence in HR solutions by collaborating with local and corporate HR teams, and other functional groups.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and contribute to key global HR projects to enhance the Shared Services HR function.
  • Manage data effectively, including regional payroll, time and attendance, and employee master data.
  • Guarantee precise and punctual centralised reporting for managing personnel costs and forecasting initiatives.
  • Enhance and maintain employee-related master data within the Success Factors system.
  • Support Global Process Ownership execution, drive process efficiency, and automation initiatives to improve HR operations.
  • Act as a crucial team member in automation projects within the Function, as designated by the Corporate Office.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery by meeting performance metrics, resolving complex issues, and providing excellent HR customer service.
  • Ensure full compliance with audits, certifications, and HR policies related to services delivered in the BSC - Malaysia HR.
Attractive Remuneration Package|Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Approximately 10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 7 years in HR Shared Services, specialising in full-cycle Malaysia Payroll operations.
  • A degree in Human Resources, with additional HR credentials being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Workday and GlobalView SAP systems would be valuable.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing service migration projects within a matrixed organisational structure.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations, covering Talent Services, Total Rewards Services, Time and Attendance and Payroll administration.
