Take leadership roles in design team setup and provide input/alignment on operational needs within department or project teams.
Plan design activities and deliverables effectively for the team to meet project milestones of mhrs, cost and project schedules.
Reference person for electrical design workflow/sequence.
Provide technical guidance and effective navigation to address project execution challenges.
Main Accountabilities Main responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Talent Acquisition; \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange and coordinate interview for shortlisted candidates (virtually or physically). This includes checking interviewer availability, booking of rooms and compiling candidates documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend candidate when they are coming for a face to face interview. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up pre-employment medical report. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct referral check for direct hire candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compiling new hire documents for onboarding and raise OW. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sending welcome email to new joiners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange and coordinate first day induction (book room) and pick up new joiners from lobby. \xe2\x80\xa2 Invoice processing with regards to agency hiring. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting (new joiners, headcount, etc) HRBP; \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting the Human Resources Business Partner in delivering projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the management of change process with advise, guidance and liaison with affected employees under the guidance of HRBP\xe2\x80\x99s. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide advice on people issues and coordinate with COEs to optimize efficiencies within a matrix organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending day-to-day issues raise by employees. About You \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Dynamic, attention to details and have passion in Human Resource field.
