A Snapshot of Your Day

The Intern works closely with Talent Acquisition team to assist in providing logistics and administrative support including screening cvs, scheduling interviews, preboarding coordination with the stakeholders, document handling etc. The position has heavy interaction with hiring manager and potential candidates for APAC region.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Assist with new hire onboarding (eg prepare necessary paperwork, document collection)

• Learn about HR Application Tracking System (ATC) to assist in sourcing, phone screening for certain roles as required by the TA Partners.

• Opportunity involves in optimization and streamlining of recruitment process project for APAC region

What You Bring

• Undergraduate in human resources, business administrative or related disciplines

• Strong organization, planning and time management skill and able to deliver high quality work

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word and Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proactive and self- motivated with a strong learning attitude

• Able to commit to a 6 months internship
