The HR Intern will support the Human Resources Department in daily HR operations and administrative activities while gaining practical exposure in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and attendance records
Support payroll preparation and leave management (data support only)
Assist in organising training, meetings, and HR-related activities
Handle general HR administrative and filing tasks
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Learning Outcomes:
Exposure to recruitment and employee lifecycle management
Understanding HR policies, procedures, and labour practices
Hands-on experience in HR documentation and coordination
Development of communication, confidentiality, and organisational skills
