Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

physical stock counting

of consumables, rotables, and tooling items at the warehouse.

Verify and record

part numbers, quantities, and bin locations accurately.

Reconcile

discrepancies between physical stock and system records (AMOS system).

Label, tag, and organize

inventory items during and after the stock count. Support warehouse staff in

data entry and documentation

related to stock verification. Ensure

compliance with safety procedures

and maintain warehouse cleanliness during the activity. Report progress, issues, or variances to the

Warehouse Supervisor or Stock Count Team Lead

.

Requirements:

Minimum

SPM or equivalent

qualification. Basic understanding of

inventory or warehouse operations

(experience in stock count preferred).

Attention to detail

and accuracy in handling numbers and item codes. Ability to work under supervision in a

fast-paced environment

.

Physically fit

to handle warehouse activities. Willing to work

extended hours or weekends

, if required during the stock count period.
