Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filing duties.

2. Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents.

3. Assist admin department

4. Purchase order, handle packing and shipment arrangement

5. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

6. Maintain office equipment and stationery supplies

7. to assist Prepare documentations of GDPMD during GDPMD audit by CAB

8. Answering incoming calls and in charge product executive courier in and out.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
