Job Description

Food Journal is the F&B arm of PE Land Sdn Bhd, operating pioneering lifestyle establishments and event spaces such as Keeper's Ground, Old Court House, Commons, Roots, the Dens, and Tables & Tales Foodhall.

We are looking for a motivated Intern to be part of our team!

:



Assist in planning and coordinating company events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Support event logistics, including venue setup, registration, materials preparation, and vendor liaison. Conduct research on event trends, suppliers, and potential partners. Provide administrative support such as preparing schedules, reports, and presentations. Assist in on-site event execution, including guest management, ushering, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure event requirements are met. Collect feedback and help prepare post-event evaluation reports

Any other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by the superior / General Manager.

Job Requirement:



Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during events. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic social media tools.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
