Job Description
Provide first-level technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, printers, and IT equipment. Support system updates, software installations, and routine maintenance tasks. Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure (network, servers, devices). Support IT documentation including inventory updates, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals. Participate in IT improvement projects such as system upgrades, cybersecurity awareness, or software implementation. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and data confidentiality standards. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the IT team or management.
