Job Description
As a Group Talent Development (GTD) Intern, you\'ll play a pivotal role in supporting our training initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in designing and implementing learning programs. Dive into a dynamic environment to gain insights into employee development, training strategies, and program evaluation. You will also gain an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally while contributing to the exciting field of Learning and Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Follow up on approvals and proper documentations.
- Create written and visual slides materials when required.
- Basic training facilitation exposure and support with training materials.
- Assist Group Talent Development and the wider team in a company wide initiative.
; Requirements: -
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or Business Studies.
- Self-reliant and self-motivated.
- Genuine interest in talent development, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Possess effective communication skills (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
- Attention to detail strong time-management skills.
- Familiarity with standard office software and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools relevant to the specific role.
