Position Overview

We are looking to hire an awesome Resource and Learning Development Intern based in Kuala Lumpur with exceptional fluency in English and Bahasa.

In LittleLives, we are seeking a dynamic and multi-talented intern to take on a dual role in our organization. As the Resource and Learning Development Intern, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a Client Resource Guide Portal for our external clients while also curating courses and learning materials for our internal staff to facilitate product onboarding. This unique position provides a diverse range of tasks and opportunities for growth. Your Responsibilities:
1. Client Resource Guide Portal:

• 
  Assist in the creation of educational materials, from scriptwriting to video recording in both Malay and English
• 
  Organise and upload materials to the online portal for client access.
• 
  Keep the portal up-to-date with the latest resources and information.
• 
  Gather and analyse feedback from clients to enhance the portal\xe2\x80\x99s usability.
• 
  Collaborate with team members to ensure the portal aligns with client needs and company goals.

  Curate and create courses and micro-learning content for external clients to support self-onboarding.
• 
  Research, select, and organise relevant resources and materials for client learning.
• 
  Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with client and company objectives.
• 
  Curate and upload courses to the internal Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline onboarding for new hires.
• 
  Collect and analyse feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning materials.

• 
  Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Communications, Media, Education, or a related field.
• 
  Strong communication, content creation, and research skills.
• 
  Basic knowledge of content management systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• 
  Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• 
  Creative, innovative, and adaptable to new learning technologies.
