JOB PURPOSE/ROLE/SUMMARY Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming/outgoing mails, update policy contract and medical card.
To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial service requests.
To assist in simple non-financial endorsement.
To assist in scanning documents and disposal exercise.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce or any other relevant field of studies.
Applicant must be willing to work in Ipoh Branch.
Minimum 3 months\xe2\x80\x99 internship period.
Preferably to commence in April/May 2023.
A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
