Job Description
We are looking for a confident, proactive, and enthusiastic
Marketing Intern
to support our outreach and communication efforts. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to develop skills in customer engagement, communication, and sales support.Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers Provide basic information about our programmes/services Assist in answering inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email Update and maintain call logs and customer databases Follow up with leads and schedule appointments Support the marketing and sales team in daily tasks Participate in telemarketing campaigns and promotional activities
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating with customers Confident, friendly, and good at handling conversations

Pay: RM600.00 per month
