Assist in filing payment receipts and supporting documents.
Reconcile daily transactions with bank statements.
Record and manage payment vouchers.
Update invoices and monitor outstanding payments.
Record cash flow for products.
Support other accounting tasks as assigned.
INTERN - OPERATION (RETAIL)
:
Verify stock received with supplier invoices.
Arrange medicines according to category, expiry & FEFO.
Maintain pharmacy cleanliness & stock records.
Monitor stock levels and report minimum stock alerts.
Assist with stock audit & delivery to branches.
Separate and record expired products.
Assist in daily retail operations (sales & stock arrangement).
Support customer service at retail counter.
Monitor stock movement & inventory records.
Help with product promotion and merchandising.
INTERN - MARKETING
:
Assist in creating content for social media (poster, video, copywriting).
Support video editing, voice-over & design work.
Participate in marketing campaigns & community events.
Conduct market research & competitor study.
INTERN - HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) & ADMIN
:
Assist in recruitment process & interview coordination.
Help manage staff files, contracts & documentation.
Support HR reports and compliance documentation.
Participate in staff activities, training & engagement programs.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree students in related fields (Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, HR, Admin, Retail).
Strong willingness to learn & adapt.
Good communication & teamwork skills.
