OFFNIC Coffee is looking for a Marketing Intern

to support our specialty coffee brand through digital content creation, social media management, and cafe marketing initiatives.

:

Assist with creating and scheduling daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook showcasing our artisanal coffee and pastry offerings Help execute monthly marketing campaigns (new drink launches, seasonal promotions, cafe events) Photograph/video coffee preparations, latte art, and pastry pairings for social media Monitor and engage with our online community (responding to DMs, comments, and tags) Maintain our content calendar and digital asset library (organized by coffee drinks, pastries, cafe ambiance) Support cafe operations marketing including menu updates and in-store promotions Research trending coffee aesthetics, drink trends, and competitor strategies Suggest creative ways to grow our online presence and customer engagement.

Job Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality program Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) Chinese is a plus. Active social media user with understanding of Instagram/TikTok algorithms Basic photography/video skills (smartphone quality acceptable) Passion for coffee culture and cafe aesthetics Creative thinker who can work in a team
