Marketing Intern

to join our Administration team in Puchong, Selangor! This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing, event support, and workflow coordination while developing your skills in a professional setting under the guidance of an experienced mentor.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Gain hands-on exposure to real working experiences. Gain exposure in preparing reports, presentations, and insights based on research findings. Support the marketing team in campaign planning, content preparation, and promotional activities. Gain exposure to manage social media platforms and gather market feedback. Learn to create and schedule content for websites and social media platforms. Utilize social media insights and analytics to track and assess social media performance. Consistently explore new methods to engage audiences and identify new social networks to reach target demographics. Gain exposure to incorporate both internal teams and external parties in digital marketing activities. Support the creation of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, social media content, and digital ads. Assist in organizing events, photoshoots, or product launches. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. Support daily administrative and coordination tasks within the marketing team. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing Department.

REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field. Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months, with preference for 6 months for better learning exposure. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other basic design tools is an added advantage. Good verbal written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin as a bonus for internal coordination. Proactive, willing to learn, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently. Positive attitude, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
