Job Description

Key Responsibility:

• Manage Google Tag Manager tags and triggers.
• Create and update Google Analytics dashboards.
• Manage Adobe Marketo Engage and Knak users and administration task.
• Create and update governance documents and processes.
• Manage Docebo user requests and workflow configuration.

Education and Experience:

• Works on problems of simple to medium complexity.
• Able to problem solve and find solutions.
• Exercises some judgment in determining the appropriate action.
• Works closely with the IT Manager based in Irvine, CA Headquarters, as well as team members in KL.

Additional Skills:

• Develop knowledge in various Software-as-a-Service marketing technologies.
• Demonstrates knowledge and ability to support marketing technology applications, e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Marketo Engage, Knak, and Docebo.
• Self-starter and problem solver.
• Good technical skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player and willingness to learn (a fast learner).
