Support monthly auditing tasks and actioning risk mitigation requirements.
Monitor data quality and integrity, conducting regular audits and implementing measures to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer, to ensure platform health, stability and performance, including
Perform data cleaning and transformation tasks, resolving any inconsistencies or discrepancies in customer data.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, working closely with technical teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
Implement and manage data access controls, ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and design solutions that deliver outcomes.
User access management, profile management, permissions, activation and deprovisioning.
Sandbox environment management
Creates solutions using continuous delivery pipelines using current practices, patterns & tooling
Troubleshoots, appropriately escalates, and communicates production incidents
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in customer data management, and apply them to improve our platform\'s functionality and efficiency
Campaign Support
Track and report on key platform performance metrics and make recommendations for optimisation
Work closely with the analytics and campaign specialists to identify opportunities for audience enhancements
Assist the marketing team in developing reports and dashboards to monitor performance
Develop audience insights and proactively report on platform performance
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
Proven experience in data administration, preferably with customer data platforms or similar data management systems.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Working knowledge of data integration tools and technologies, such as API\xe2\x80\x99s ad R/ETL processes and data pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data issues and implement effective solutions.
Knowledge of data governance principles and practices, with an understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and reliable data management
Strong customer focus, with an emphasis on delivering better outcomes over task completion
Self-aware and proactive on continuous improvement and continual learning
Breaks problems down, analyses constituent parts and proposes creative solutions. Adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
Experience building and maintaining native reports and dashboards

Desirable: Twilio/Segment CDP or other global CDP providers
Proficiency using the Atlassian suite - JIRA, Confluence etc.
