Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or IT is preferred
  • At least one (1) year of previous related work experience as a digital platform administrator
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Good conflict resolution skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Good training and education skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred
  • Ability to effectively foster and develop internal and external partnership with stakeholders
Responsibilities

:
  • Develop adoption strategies, track adoption via Showpad analytics, & partner with country teams to increase Showpad adoption & effectiveness
  • Serve as subject matter expert on Showpad front end technical capabilities (e.g best way to creates Showpad assets & display content)
  • Analyze content effectiveness of assets on Showpad
  • Assist in training of new users as well as refresher training session for existing users
  • Collaborate with businesses to consolidate and organise BU content
  • Oversee Showpad license allocations for the region
  • Work with JAPAC and Global IT teams to assess and harness Showpad Best Practices
