Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop adoption strategies, track adoption via Showpad analytics, & partner with country teams to increase Showpad adoption & effectiveness
- Serve as subject matter expert on Showpad front end technical capabilities (e.g best way to creates Showpad assets & display content)
- Analyze content effectiveness of assets on Showpad
- Assist in training of new users as well as refresher training session for existing users
- Collaborate with businesses to consolidate and organise BU content
- Oversee Showpad license allocations for the region
- Work with JAPAC and Global IT teams to assess and harness Showpad Best Practices
- Marginal Job Functions
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or IT is preferred
- At least one (1) year of previous related work experience as a digital platform administrator
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Good conflict resolution skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Good training and education skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred
- Ability to effectively foster and develop internal and external partnership with stakeholders
