Develop adoption strategies, track adoption via Showpad analytics, & partner with country teams to increase Showpad adoption & effectiveness
Serve as subject matter expert on Showpad front end technical capabilities (e.g best way to creates Showpad assets & display content)
Analyze content effectiveness of assets on Showpad
Assist in training of new users as well as refresher training session for existing users
Collaborate with businesses to consolidate and organise BU content
Oversee Showpad license allocations for the region
Work with JAPAC and Global IT teams to assess and harness Showpad Best Practices

Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or IT is preferred
At least one (1) year of previous related work experience as a digital platform administrator
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Good conflict resolution skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Good organizational and project management skills
Good training and education skills
Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred
Ability to effectively foster and develop internal and external partnership with stakeholders
