Mechanical Engineering TRAINEE

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Job Scope: Mechanical Engineering Trainee

a. Basic mechanical design concept for automation machineries

b. Hands on experience on assembling automation equipment / machineries

c. Assembly of sub-modules based on our mechanical assembly drawings

d. Testing & Tuning of equipment/machineries during assembly

e. Continuous improvement on machine design

f. Exposure to automation industry & the working environment

g. Generate 2D and 3D Solidworks drawings

h. Generate Pneumatic drawings

i. Update Solidworks BOM and revision

j. Learn basic pneumatic components and mechanical components

Achievements:

a. Develop practical skills and training on Mechanical Engineering in industrial.

b. Understand automation industry & working environment

c. Mastering skills to read mechanical drawings

d. Gain mechanical knowledge in automation industry and understand of pneumatic system, servo drives, motion control etc.

e. Overall equipment development process for automation industry

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification

Minimum results CGPA 3.3 & above

Strong initiative & positive caliber

Passion in automation industry

Good attitude and discipline

Language:

English/Malay/Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. (Required)

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type

: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Working Hours :

8am to 6pm

OT :

when required after work hours on weekdays and during weekends/public holidays.

Allowance :

RM500/month

Supplemental Pay:

Overtime pay
