Project Title

NPI Streamline Physical & System Audit

Description:

Setup monitoring / Tracker for NPI Lot to audit physical vs system.

Scope:

• Engage with different team to establish and generate a tracker to audit NPI Physical lots
• Monitor NPI Lot movement
• Enter Line Walk to audit physical NPI Lot location, engage with NPI team to get input and update for physical locations
• Learn and understand assembly flow from CR1 to CR3
• Coordinate meetings with several stakeholders to progress on the project

Supporting Team:

• Site PDE
• MFG Shopfloor / Inventory
• OI Team

Deliverables:

• Audit Physical and System of NPI Lots
• Request Lots and Material to the line
• Dashboard / Tracker file that summarize audit Physical vs System NPI Lots

Stretch Goal:

• Include Material Audit for NPI Desiccator
