Period of Internship Required: 3-6 months (6 months preferred)
Preferred School/Course of Intern: Healthcare related e.g. medicine, public health, occupational safety and health, health promotion, health physiology, pharmacy, nursing, dentistry, psychology, nutrition, dietetics, etc.
We are looking for an intern who will support the SEA Regional Occupational Health (OH) and Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) team to drive the Occupational Health and EHW agenda to all GSK employees in the South-East Asia cluster. The intern will be supporting the SEA Cluster Lead Physician on OH and EHW programme delivery by working with site Health Leads in each country. The countries in scope are Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be required to:
Support EHW SEA Cluster Lead Physician in enhancing GSK reputation for OH and EHW in the SEA Cluster (countries in scope are Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand)
Align to Global OH and EHW strategy, support an integrated approach to managing all workplace health, wellbeing, occupational health risks and opportunities.
Assisting in developing and deploying country and site health plans
Support in management of OH and EHW projects and initiatives for in person and online events
Support the development and implementation of business solutions aimed to maximize productivity, presenteeism, and resilience.
Understand and apply GSK OH and EHW resources accordingly.
Support IBM gap analysis & governance process around health standards
Health data analytics: gathering health-related data and conducting analysis to identify trends and risks.
Preparing and sending out health promotional material and communications e.g. posters, e-mails, social media posts (Workplace)
Assist in coordinating and engaging Health & Wellbeing Champions
Work in accordance with local GSK Performance with Choice (flexible workplace arrangement) policy \xe2\x80\x93 minimum 2 days in the office (APAC Regional Hub, Petaling Jaya and Pharmaceutical Commercial Office, 1 Powerhouse)
