Intern Operation Assistant
Job Description
Job description - Handle day-to-day operations tasks and shipments to local courier. - Handle phone calls & email correspondences with clients. - Issuance of delivery order/ sales order for outgoing local courier. - Handle paperwork & documentation relate to day-to-day operational - Back-up transit goods whose inventory check & key in - Handle "return" of reject/ damaged local goods from customers courier including email correspondences - Sort, packing and post out order form customers. - Coordinate with driver/ consignee on pick-up/ delivery day-to-day activities - Monitor & arrange the return of "return" pods/ documents from the driver after completion of delivery If interested, kindly send your resume.
