As an Operation Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You will undertake various tasks, assisting in daily office operations, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination among employee, departments and external parties. Your attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks will contribute to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the office
Qualification and Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional educational or certification in office administration or related field is a plus
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to details and accuracy in completing tasks
Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures
