Assist in preparing, organizing and maintaining physical and digital documents, including agreement, application forms, and internal records.
Monitor and manage delinquent accounts and collections efforts.
Handle documents stamping, filing, scanning and indexing to ensure proper record management.
Support the preparations and compilation of documents for internal use, audits, and regulatory submission.
Responds to complaints from customers and give-after sales support when requested.
Support sending routine communications to customers such as Payment reminders (email/WhatsApp/letters) and follow-up for missing documents required.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information or documentation.
Provide day-to-day support to team and on ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Finance, Operations, Business Admin or related field.
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
Willing to handle
routine, repetitive, and detail-oriented tasks.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
