Monitor and resolve daily escalations coming in as tickets from the Seller Helpdesk module
Ensure tickets are resolved within SLA and transition tickets into short terms fixes as and when required
Support PIC for 1st level investigation, troubleshooting, covering aspects related to products, tech, seller centers, operations and finance
Tabulate and summarize weekly performance into a service quality report
Support for long tail sellers account management
Work closely with internal team members as a core support function on troubleshooting
Anchor support for 1SS daily checks and escalations
Anchor support for FBZ migrations
Able to take on new challenges and responsibilities as and when required
Requirements
In the process of completing a bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Interest in working for an eCommerce industry
Excellent verbal and written fluency in English
Has good troubleshooting & communication skills
Tech savvy and fast learner with good attention to detail
Hands on mentality with a passion for continuous improvement
Positive can-do attitude and willingness to support on any request as needed
Willingness to learn and execute new learnings
Able to work independently and as part of a team when needed
High proficiency in Excel
