Job Description
We are looking for an Intern to be working in HR and heavily involve as support lead for Operational Excellence project implementation.You will be :
- Supporting the coordination and administration of the project implementation.
- Assist to document the inputs from every project discussion, draft & map all the processes into a proper process flow.
- Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of the documents.
- Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy of the documents produced from the project inputs.
- Any other task assigned by Project Lead.
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/International Business/Marketing Management/Analytics/Human Resources Management, or anything equivalent
- 1 Internship position for duration up to 6 months.
- Someone who will be able to start immediately will be better.
- Able to demonstrate a basic project management skill with great communication skills & inter-personal skills.
- Ability to work within a deadline and take the initiatives to run research and analytics
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Power Point, Word & Excel)
- A highly motivated, collaborative team player & willing to learn.
- Must be willing to work in The Ascent, Petaling Jaya.
