Who we seek
BTS\'s business is growing rapidly and we are breaking new grounds in the way we partner with our clients to deliver learning interventions. To support this growth, we are looking for an intern as an extended team member of Project Enablement function who can join us for 6 months. We prioritize interns who have the ambition to join BTS as full-time hires after the duration of their internships. The time you spend with us will give you a full glimpse into the life of a BTS Project Enablement function at the same time, allow you to demonstrate your fit into the role and culture.
The function will primarily manage the execution of all complex learning journeys; typically consisting of solutions from different BTS practices such as Strategy Alignment, Leadership, Innovation, Coaching and digital solutions. In addition, this function will also be driving the data collection and results measurement processes for all the learning journeys. Both primary activities of the function are strategic drivers of growth for BTS in APAC. Last but not the least, this function will also manage the relationship and resourcing of part time facilitators for global projects in APAC.
