INTERN, PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Description

Responsible to assist the superior for project management works.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. To prepare defects aging reports.
2. To handle both customers and property maintenance complaints on defects works.
3. Attend and coordinate all site matters with architect, contractors, and consultants (technical or non-technical).
4. Monitor, control and ensure Quality Control is carried out in order to achieve the required quality standards.
5. Ensure compliance with the requirements of safety standard guidelines of the relevant Acts, regulation, by-laws and others.

6. Observe, comply and be conversant with all rules and regulation affecting the Company\'s business from time to time as may be introduced thereto.

Education
