Job Summary:

Work closely with Program Manager in day-to-day project activities (multiple projects) including issues tracking, following up on the action\xe2\x80\x99s items with the respective team/ stakeholders and other project administration related tasks.

Assisting with coordination of project activities including meeting arrangement with internal and external parties.

Assisting in preparing project updates deck and other project related reporting.

Participate in project working committee meeting and discussion and to assist in preparing the summary or minutes of meeting.

Participate in project activities based on the project stage \xe2\x80\x93 Requirements Gathering, Analyst & Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation.
