YOUR ROLE

Align and standardize Dage recipes across all equipment and production lines according to specifications. Collaborate with suppliers to explore and implement permanent solutions, such as maintaining "vacuum on always" during Dage operation. Assist in generating Nexiv recipes focused on wire bond (WB) parameters. Support the generation of SPC reports, application of CLM limits, and JF-Cpk analysis in collaboration with Process Engineering. Contribute to the implementation of new CCM software.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Bachelor Degree: Mathematics, Electrical and Electronic, Mechanical, Applied Science / Physics , or any related field. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet required deadlines. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months or longer.
