As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment team and gaining valuable insights into the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates by utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Support the screening process by reviewing resumes, evaluating qualifications, and conducting initial phone screenings.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews, coordinate candidate assessments, and provide timely feedback to applicants.
• Contribute to the maintenance of candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment-related documentation, including job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment materials.
• Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives, such as employer branding campaigns, talent acquisition strategies, and process improvements.
