Administrative Support
Assist in preparing and maintaining safety documents, reports, and records.
Inspections & Audits
Support the execution of workplace safety inspections and audits.
Assist in identifying unsafe practices or conditions and reporting them to the safety officer or supervisor.
Help monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Data Collection & Analysis
Gather data for incident reports, near-misses, and hazard observations.
Participate in root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions.
Training & Awareness
Assist in organizing safety training sessions and awareness campaigns.
Help prepare training materials and presentations.
Participate in safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Compliance & Documentation
Support efforts to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, or other regulatory standards.
Assist in updating safety policies, SOPs, and risk assessments.
Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in related field
• Minimum 10 weeks of internship period
• Willing to relocate to Lumut, Perak
