Main Reponsibilities:
Sustainability Events Assistance

Support in the execution of sustainability events, specifically Sustainability Month and HLB Impact. This involves providing support across various stages of project management. You can expect to help with things like coordinating with different teams to ensure deadlines are met, and preparing materials.



ESG Rating Benchmarking

A crucial part of this role is helping to analyze and understand how the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance compares to its peers. This means you'll research and compile data from various ESG rating agencies (like MSCI, Sustainalytics, or S&P Global). You'll then help analyze the company's current scores, identify areas where it's strong, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement. This analysis helps the company understand its standing in the market and informs future sustainability strategies.



Peer Sustainability Report Analysis

You will be tasked with reviewing and summarizing key indicators from peer sustainability reports. You'll need to read through the sustainability reports of other companies in the same industry. Your job will be to extract and condense crucial sustainability related information. By summarizing these key indicators, you'll help provide valuable insights into industry best practices and emerging trends, which can then be used to enhance the company's own sustainability reporting.



Assist in developing sustainability-related training materials. Experience with design software like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.About Hong Leong Bank
