Job Description

Requirements:



Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent.

Organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Ability to multi-task, work well in a team and meet deadlines

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Internship programme at least - 6 months period.

Can join immediately is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:



Perform day-to-day IT operational support for, but not limited to, computers, printers, network connection and audio-visual system.

Perform computer hardware & software troubleshooting as well as upgrades.

Provide general IT assistance to staffs and stakeholders.

Assist in computer, network infrastructure maintenance.

Participate with department's projects or IT related activities.

Assist in providing relevant documentation as required by department.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 1000 months

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
