Intern: Year 1/2 College/University
1) Understand and evaluate various Front-End PCBA processes.
2) Basic knowledge, utilizing and troubleshooting for various Front-End machines such as solder printer, placement machine, reflow oven, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) etc.
3) Autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance of various Front-End machines.
