: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for managing client engagement to plan, lead and perform internal audit assignments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and establish processes and procedures to meet the changing operational and regulatory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assume responsibility for quality, risk and governance and seek ways to continually improve processes, driving efficiencies in processes using technology where possible. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce with at least five (5) years of direct working experience in the field of Audit or Internal Audit at supervisory level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional certifications such CIA, CISA is desirable \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good report writing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 High technical ability and analytical skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive, innovative and self driven. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership, interpersonal and team management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Entrepreneurially driven with the ability to establish excellent clients and staff relations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel for regional engagements.
