Job Description

A leading a reputable Public Listed Company is seeking an experience Internal Audit Manager with a CIA or IIAM qualification. Job Summary: 1. Responsible for managing the internal audit function and ensuring that the organization\'s operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, providing assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls, and ensuring that the organization\'s assets are safeguarded. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures in line with the organization\'s objectives and regulations.
• Manage the internal audit function and ensure that audits are conducted efficiently and effectively.
• Identify key risks and areas of weakness within the organization and make recommendations to improve internal controls.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure that corrective actions are taken where necessary.
• Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders and provide guidance on risk management and internal control matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Provide regular reports to senior management and the audit committee on the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects and investigations as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or CIA or IIAM qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal auditing with a Public Listed Company.
• Strong understanding of auditing and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel where necessary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month Benefits:
