Incorporation of audit strategies and analytics in organization\xe2\x80\x99s yearly audit plan.
Lead team in conducting operational, financial and compliance audits and report significant issues and recommendations to Group Risk and Audit Committee (GRAC).
Follow-through on recommendations with respective PIC for continuous improvement for organization\xe2\x80\x99s operations, policies, documentation, safeguarding of assets and internal controls.
Supervise and coach audit staff throughout audit engagements as part of team\xe2\x80\x99s career development.
Identify, assess, monitor and report on key business risks as part of risk management function.
Any other assigned special projects and ad-hoc duties from time to time by management (such as in-house software verification, stock takes, workshop disposal verification, FA sighting, etc)
