Job Description

1. Assurance in stock accuracy (Stock Take)
- To plan & schedule retail stock take.
- To manage stock take preparation & ensure stock take readiness.
- To manage overall retail stock take process & ensure stock take accuracy.
- To prepare the Stock Take Report. Report must be submitted to IA Manager 1 day after completing the counting & verification.
- To conduct exit meeting after the completion of Stock Take.
- To prepare proper stock take / audit review working papers in accordance with the required standards
- Work closely with PIC, Operation Manager, Finance and Order Processing to follow up the issues discovered during in Stock Take to ensure full rectification & to ensure improvement in processes & controls.
- Based on issues discovered during Stock Take, Executive to draft SOP revision & new SOP to improve the control & processes.
- To maintain retail stock take summary which consist of all stock take result by each shop.

2. Promoting improvement in SOP & process flow to improve controls, effectiveness & efficiency.
- To perform Audit Review according to Annual Plan & monthly schedule, draft the Audit Program & prepare the Audit Report.
- Work closely with the auditee & related departments to follow up the issues highlighted in Audit Report to ensure full rectification of the issue & to ensure process & control improvement.
- Based on issues discovered during the Audit Review, Executive to draft SOP revision & new SOP to improve the control & processes.
- To liaise with relevant department in the SOP development & to communicate the new SOP & revision to all parties.

3. Prevention & detection of fraud & to conduct ad-hoc investigation
- Stock take & Audit Review serve as prevention & detection of fraud. Executive to detect the issue & fraud during Stock Take & Audit Review. Upon the discovery of fraud or potential fraud, IA Executive to investigate the issue & prepare Investigation Report.
- As lesson learnt, IA Executive to draft SOP revision and create new SOP to improve the control & processes to prevent repetition of fraud.

4. Assist in E-learning development (Moodle)

5. Others
- To assist in any other ad-hoc assignment or audit as may be instructed by Manager/Director from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
