Why does this job exist and why is it critical Build and execute highly innovative, internal communications strategies and messages that excite, engage and inform Maxis employees across Malaysia. Manage complex, ad hoc and fast-moving communications challenges as a thought leader and trusted internal consultant. Provide communications consulting, both strategic and tactical, partnering with leaders on all internal facing communication building thoughtful plans supporting their initiatives Your KPIs will encompass 1. Support Maxis change & \'growth\' culture adoption 2. Impactful content creation & video production 3. Effectively manage Maxis\' volunteering program - M Squad & annual festive outreach events 4. Excellent channel & community management 5. Lead strategic projects (events, workshops) and ad-hoc tasks (photography) What do you need to have for this role 10+ years\' experience in marketing, comms, internal comms, storytelling, film production with in-house and agency experience. Experience in other fields is a plus Excellent oral and written communications skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics to their essence and making them relevant to our audiences Demonstrated ability to push the boundaries of \'internal comms\' and what\'s possible On the pulse of latest communication tools, resources and trends. Wired on pop culture, social media and fueled by analytics and insights A master at influencing leaders & stakeholders, while being obsessed with clear messaging and elegant at navigating competing priorities and ambiguity Hands-on position, you will roll up your sleeves every day in this team Proven track record of working within innovative and effective internal comms teams Excellent analytical, organisational, project management skills and possess strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion Crisis management experience, and track record of counseling CEOs and top executives What\'s next Once you\'ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
