Driven by You Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
Help lead the internal control function to ensure controls in the KC APAC are adequate and efficient, and that strong controls are implemented for IT and robotics implementations.
Support APAC Controller in developing the Internal Control annual plan and drive its execution
Support APAC Controller in leading process risk assessments, identification of key controls and monitoring the effectiveness of such key controls in accordance with the KC Internal Control framework and guidelines
Ensure remediation activities for issues identified are on track and delivered as promised
Organize quarterly Regional Steering Committee meeting and continue to improve and enhance risk assessment vs. control focus for Regional leadership team.
Ensure tracking of internal audit issues and follow up to ensure appropriate remediation plans are put in place to rectify audit issues
Lead the bi-annual key control monitoring testing for the region, support in SOX, Global & GBS migration projects & Management Self-assessment testing
Support risk and control assessments of any process migrations, major systems and process or business transformations with standardization opportunities
Essential Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, CPA or Charter Accountant qualified
10 years of working experience is preferred, with leading team experience
Familiar with FMCG business
Knowledge in US GAAP and IFRS
Corporate working experience of Internal Control or Internal Audit
Proficiency in both oral and written English
Willing to work under pressure and work overtime
Familiar with SAP
CPA/CIA is preferred
