MISSIONThe Senior Internal Control Manager is accountable for leading internal control testing center in Service Delivery Centre -Kuala Lumpur (SDC-KL) and driving Danone Business Services (DBS) internal control roadmap for standardization, automation, and simplification, controlling deployment and risk evaluation as domain expertise for key business processes, and being strong business partner for risk remediation, control advice and continuous improvement.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead newly set up SDC-KL IC testing center team and roll out by domain annual control and risk evaluation campaign (\xe2\x80\x9cDANgo\xe2\x80\x9d) cross CBUs and clusters. Present evaluation status and results to management team by monthly basis.
• Manage the performance of the team. Supervise team member to complete control evaluation on time with qualitative documentation following Corporate IC and Zone IC instructions and one testing script/IC SOP. Monitor and continuously improve processing productivity.
• Lead and deploy DBS Asia and SDC-KL IC standardization roadmap. Ensure same interpretation over DANgo control cross clusters, and drive control design and execution consistency cross regions with formalized control framework or SOP in place.

• Lead risk discussion with respective BPO, function/zone leaders, DBS leadership as domain expertise in finance and IT. Have BPOs\xe2\x80\x99 alignment and commitment for remediation on identified risks and internal/external audit issues; Take prompt follow up and validation on action plan implementation to ensure issues been timely close-off.

• Provide risk control advise to DBS projects and drive control automation been embedded into systems. Lead team to deploy and perform data analytics through power BI for in time risk monitoring.

• Promote and enhance DBS and business stakeholder control awareness, understanding, oversight and self-evaluation readiness through animation, training, or other effectiveness solutions

• Experience : At least 12yrs of internal control or audit experience. Experience in FMCG industry and GBS is a plus.
• Strong business partnering skills working with various people across different functions, CBUs and geographics.
• Ability to effectively present to management in a clear and concise manner with strong English language skills.
• Be skilled for cross functions project management and change management with transformational and continuous improvement mindset.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, open minded and forward looking for challenges and initiatives to be out of comfortable zone.
• High influencer and ability to prioritize and plan effectively
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Strong business acumen & understanding
