Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the company's legal strategy to safeguard and protect corporate interests. Oversee the execution of legal services to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategic direction. Review all documents, contracts, and changes in the legal environment, assessing their impact on organizational policies. Ensure corporate legal matters comply with relevant laws and regulatory requirements. Provide professional advice on legal, corporate secretarial, regulatory, and compliance matters. Participate in negotiations, draft and review agreements, manage legal documents, assist in corporate secretarial functions, and manage external lawyers or third parties (e.g., clients, suppliers, partners). Monitor the impact of relevant legal and regulatory changes on business operations. Establish and manage corporate compliance requirements, including developing compliance frameworks, implementing compliance programs, reporting on compliance, and proposing remedial measures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken). Familiarity with corporate and commercial law. Experience in end-to-end contract management. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent teamwork ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables. Proactive, capable of working independently under pressure. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Agile, with the ability to communicate effectively across regions, cultures, and organizational boundaries.
