Responsible for managing the international marketing portfolio and achieving annual growth target for foreign patients set by Management.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to ensure correct positioning, market penetration, hospital branding and achievement of market share for PHKL on an international level.
Develop close liaison with agent networks and partner channels, maintaining the prospect of long-term strategic patient-referral alliances.
Identify new market potentials in health tourism and develop new business channels or partners.
Generate leads with existing as well as new scale channels through participation in exhibitions, events and health talks.
Plan, execute and participate in international events to promote the services of the hospital.
Maintain and foster relations with international third-party administrators (TPAs) with the objective of being first-in-mind for medical enquiries and potential medical evacuation referrals.
Responsible for the formulation, development and implementation of marketing, promotional plans and corporate communication strategies.
Conduct presentations on the hospital profile and services available and coordinate contract written up with the client.
