Department Overview The International Sales Operations team enables a large, multi-channel sales organization to achieve sales, profit, and business objectives through effective planning & quota setting, forecasting, reporting, data analytics, sales process & technology optimization, sales training, and sales compensation administration.
- Work on/preparing and discuss with management for the sales target for the sales lead and individual sales contributor.
- Deliver sales incentive support in terms of compensation structure, setup, incentive calculation and quota credit maintenance
- Calculate, validate accuracy of, and submit quarterly commission base on the schedule timeline.
- Provides support in analysis and initiate new/ customized approaches to deliver accurate and efficient setup/data upload with reviews and controls.
- Provides sales compensation policy and process support.
- Provides support in generating system accruals, reconciliation of posting and payment of commission.
-Provides management and field sales teams with Qtrly results information, including ranking reports and quarterly estimates of cost liability to finance
-Maintain and work with compensation data for budgeting and accurate reference.
-Maintain and validate sales history and quota for territory changes.
-Setup and implement the OIC systems for EMEA region. Ensure all the territory requirement, HR salary requirement, SIP computation requirement are correctly setup in OIC systems
-Perform monthly/QTRly/Yearly process, administration of the system, compensation disputes as well as modelling and analytics system functions.
-Troubleshoot and resolve system and data quality issue faced.
-Partner closely with IT consultant, business partners to ensure system/process issues are addressed.
- Support the yearly compensation plan updates including territory/region realignment, quota, new plan implementation & testing.
- Support and partner with IT to working on automation setup in OIC
- Preparation and working with Special incentive programmed which is announcing by management and work out the new quota for the related sales employee.
- Provide training to the sales person and helping them to understand and use the OIC systems and SIP plan.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree with 5 years of working experience
Strong Excel proficiency
