Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and updating financial records, invoices, and payment vouchers.
Support month-end closing activities including data entry, filing, and document verification.
Perform basic accounting tasks such as matching invoices, preparing bank reconciliations, and updating ledgers.
Assist in maintaining proper documentation of finance-related files in accordance with company policies.
Support the Accounts Executive and Finance team in audits, financial analysis, and report preparation.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to finance operations.
Ensure all financial information is kept confidential and handled professionally.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Accounts team or supervisor.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles (debit/credit, ledgers, journals).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Eager to learn and able to maintain professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS, or others).
