JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain financial data related to expenses and revenues in accounting software.
Invoice Processing: Prepare, review, and process invoices. Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and match purchase orders or contracts.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Reconcile credit card statements and receipts.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the accounting function and contribute to the development of efficient workflows.
