Assist in preparing, updating and filing job cards, repair orders, insurance claim documents, and customer records.
Support communication and coordination between estimators, service advisors, workshop staff, and insurance adjusters.
Help track vehicle repair status and update customers or internal systems accordingly.
Maintain data entry for parts requisitions, invoices, and repair progress reports.
Support daily administrative operations such as photocopying, scanning, document sorting, and general office upkeep.
Assist in compiling reports for management review, such as job progress, outstanding claims, or parts movement.
Handle basic reception tasks -- attending calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors when needed.
Perform any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the B&P Manager or Admin Supervisor.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Automotive Technology, or related field.
Interest in the automotive industry, especially in vehicle body and paint operations.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn from experienced professionals.
