-Responsible for general admin duties with related duties.
-Perform dedicated customer service.
-Prepare monthly billings & send to owners
-Handle all general administrative work
-Assist in handling complaints from residents.
-Send reminders to defaulters & follow-up calls.
-Receive daily payments & issuance of official receipts
-Receive, update & keep proper records of all payments and deposits collected.
-Attending calls & email inquiry.
-Proper filing and documentation
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Admin/Business any related courses.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM400.00 per month
